Fixed Bugs, Changed Buffer Time, and Added Source Code

After some feedback I decided to change the buffer time from 7 seconds to 4 seconds (so now you can change intensities much faster). There was also a bug I came upon where if you only had 1 or 2 songs in an intensity level, the tool would crash if you tried to skip a song. 

Along with those changes, I also uploaded the entire project onto GitHub and as a download here on itch, for people who want to see the code to feel safer about this tool letting access their keyboard.
